Our Approach:
We operate on a hybrid model, blending telehealth and in-person sessions to best meet the needs of our diverse clientele. Whether you're a full-time or part-time team member, we're committed to offering flexibility to accommodate your schedule and personal commitments. Full-time commitment involves consistently providing 25 sessions a week, while part-time employees are expected to offer 15 sessions a week. We understand that life happens, so whether you need to adjust your schedule for family obligations or simply prefer a later start, we're here to make it work for you — all we ask is that you maintain consistency for our clients' benefit.

W-2 hourly position:

Associates: 28-35/hr

Licensed: 38-50/hr

Depending on experience and education.

Position Requirements:

Education

- Master's degree or higher from an accredited university in a relevant field, such as Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

Licensure/Registered Associate

- Active registration or license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) is required. This includes licensure as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

Availability and Schedule

- Must be willing to maintain a consistent schedule to accommodate client needs. While we strive to offer flexibility in scheduling to accommodate personal needs, consistency is crucial to ensuring clients can attend regular, recurring appointments, minimizing no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
