Private Pay Therapy

Paying privately allows you to access therapy without the limitations of insurance. Many clients prefer private pay for the added confidentiality, flexibility, and control over their care.

Rates:

Initial Assessment (60 min): $220
Individual Therapy Session (50 min): $180

Payment is due at the time of service. Credit/debit and HSA/FSA cards accepted.

Please note: Sliding scale is not offered at this time.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement

If you have a PPO insurance plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. A superbill (itemized receipt) can be provided upon request.

Please check with your insurance provider to confirm out-of-network mental health benefits. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.

Private Fees

Assessment $220 (First Session only)

50-minute sessions $ 180

If you have a PPO plan, Insurance may cover private fees for therapy. Please ask your insurance company if you have any 'Out of network' mental health benefits.

Bienestar Therapy & Wellness is currently in-network with the following insurance providers:

Clients using insurance are encouraged to verify their mental health coverage, co-payments, deductibles, and authorization requirements before scheduling.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice (no-show) will be charged a $100 fee. This fee cannot be billed to insurance.
